Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online shop operated by Gulli Germany via Shopify, as well as all orders placed through our Services. By placing an order or using any part of our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Contract Formation

A binding purchase contract is concluded once you click “Buy now” and complete the checkout process. After submitting your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation. Production of your personalized product begins only after full payment has been received.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order through our shop. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Personalization

We offer exclusively physical, personalized products. Each NFC magnet is produced based on the content you submit (such as names, texts, or images). Please ensure that all personalizations are accurate before completing your order.

By submitting content for personalization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use such material. The data provided (including names, texts, images, and associated metadata) will be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German "Datenschutzgrundverordnung" (DSGVO).

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include applicable VAT and are shown in euros. We accept the following payment methods via Shopify Payments:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Klarna (if available)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Sofortüberweisung

  • Other methods as enabled by Shopify

Orders will only be produced and shipped after successful payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all countries within the European Union.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany: 3–5 business days

  • Other EU countries: 5–8 business days

Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for production. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on your location.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-made according to your specifications, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). Returns or cancellations are therefore excluded unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will assess your case and either offer a replacement or a full refund.

7. Warranty

We are responsible for any defects in accordance with statutory warranty rights under German law. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 14 days and provide evidence (e.g. photos). We will replace or refund defective products free of charge.

8. User Accounts

Currently, purchases are only possible as a guest. Account creation and customer logins are not required or supported at this time.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The contract language is English.
