    5. Done! Every time someone scans the magnet, they will see the memories you have shared.

    6. Detailed operating instructions are included with your order and ensure easy setup.

    – Shipping within Germany usually takes a total of 5–7 business days after ordering.

    – Shipped with reliable carriers (e.g. DHL / Deutsche Post).
    – As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation – including tracking if available.
    How does the Gulli magnet work?
    – A small NFC chip is integrated into the magnet.
    – You link the magnet once to your personal online gallery.
    – When someone holds an NFC-enabled smartphone against the magnet, the corresponding gallery page opens automatically.

    Which phones does it work with?
    – Most modern Android and iOS smartphones support NFC by default.
    – On some devices, NFC may need to be enabled in the settings.

    Can I change my gallery later?
    – Yes, you can update the linked gallery at any time without ordering a new magnet.

    Are my photos secure?
    – No images are stored on the magnet itself.

    What happens to my uploaded images?

    Your uploaded images and content are processed exclusively within the EU in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.

    Processing is carried out solely for the purpose of providing your personal photo album. You retain full control over your content and can modify or delete it at any time.

    Can I change my uploaded photos later or use them on a new phone?

    Yes. You can update your photo album at any time, replace photos, or add new content – no additional Gulli app is required.

    Your memories are not tied to a specific smartphone – even if you change devices, they remain accessible and can continue to be opened via the magnet.

    Are Gulli magnets suitable as a gift and can I give them directly?

    Yes, the Gulli magnet is ideal as a personal gift.

    The packaging is already designed as gift packaging and includes a white text field on the inside that can optionally be personalized.

    In addition, our magnets are perfect as a guest gift – for example for children’s birthdays, weddings, or similar occasions.

    Which smartphones are the NFC magnets compatible with?

    Our NFC magnets offer full convenience for smartphones that natively support NFC reading – without any additional apps or downloads.
    • Apple iPhones: from iPhone XS / XR (2018) and newer – on these devices, the pop-up opens directly via the operating system when scanning.

    • Android smartphones: devices running Android 10 (2018) or newer that support NFC and include the “host-based NFC” feature

    How large is a magnet?

    Our NFC photo magnets come in a practical credit card format (86 × 54 mm, approx. 2 mm thick). This makes them a perfect fit for any magnetic board, the fridge, or even your wallet.

    Does the magnet work without an internet connection?

    To open the photo album, an internet connection is required.
    The magnet itself works without power or batteries – the content is loaded via the browser when scanned.

    How long does delivery take?

    The production of your personalized magnets takes place in Germany.
    • Processing & printing: 1–3 business days
    • Shipping: 2–4 business days (within Germany)
    👉 In total, you usually receive your magnets within one week.

    Can I return or exchange my order?

    Since each magnet is individually personalized for you and specially produced, there is no right of withdrawal, and returns or exchanges are unfortunately excluded.
