At Gulli, we aim to produce and ship your personalized magnet quickly and reliably across Europe. Below you will find all important information regarding our shipping process.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all countries within Europe, including both EU and non-EU member states (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom). We reserve the right to exclude certain countries or addresses from shipping on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Costs

Germany: €1.99

Other European countries: €2.99
Shipping costs are added at checkout and apply per order, regardless of the number of items. In rare cases — for example, unusually large orders, special destinations, or additional packaging requirements — we reserve the right to adjust shipping costs. In such cases, we will inform you in advance before processing the order.
Processing & Delivery Times
All magnets are custom-made and produced only after full payment has been received.

Production time: 1–2 business days

Delivery time within Germany: 3–5 business days

Delivery time within Europe: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and postal service efficiency.
Shipping Providers
We ship using the most cost-effective carrier based on the destination country. This may include local postal services or couriers (e.g. Deutsche Post, DHL, or equivalent).
Tracking
Standard shipping does not include tracking. If tracking becomes available for your specific shipment, we will provide the information via email.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please wait a few extra days in case of delays. If you still haven’t received your item, contact us at
