Return Policy

Please note that all of our products are individually personalized based on the information, images, and/or texts provided by you during the ordering process. As such, they are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

In accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

Exclusion of Return and Refund Rights

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for personalized products, except in the case of:

• Production errors

• Material defects

• Damage incurred during delivery

In such cases, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to team@gulli-germany.com. Kindly include a brief description of the issue and attach clear photographs of the item and packaging, so we may assess the situation promptly.

Where justified, we will either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

Non-Personalized Items

Should we offer non-personalized products in the future, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU consumer protection law shall apply.
